Proconsports PLT is founded back in 2016 by Mr. Norbert Mohnen. For over 28 years this Sports Physiotherapist and Rehabilitation specialist served Olympic counsels and National Sports Institutes in The Netherlands, Germany, Sri Lanka and Malaysia, before starting his own clinic on the island of Penang.
